Notice Period

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice (one full business day) to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Notice received less than 24hrs before the booking is considered a late cancellation.

Fees & Charges

Late cancellation (Less than 24hrs)50% of the appointment fee.

No-show / same-day cancellation
100% of the appointment fee.

Appointment Reminders

Email reminders are sent 24 hrs before your session as a courtesy. Non-receipt of a reminder does not waive fees.
